China’s exports of steel products fall in November

According to data released by China's Customs, the country's exports of steel products totaled 5 million tons in November, decreasing by 2.53% year on year and falling by around 70,000 tons from October.

In November alone, the country's imports of steel products were at 1.25 million tons, soaring by 17.92% year on year and rising by 110,000 tons from a month ago.

In the January-November period, China's exports of steel products amounted to 56.97 million tons, rising by 12% and its imports of steel products totaled 12.87 million tons, up by 2%, both compared to the figures in the same period of 2012.
